An evening of jazz in Swedish

Poet Erik Lindell has a language that reminds one of Cornelis Vreeswijk. With a feeling for rhythm and rhyme, he portrays different life stories and addresses themes such as loneliness, longing and grief. A selection of these have been set to music by Isabelle Kongshaug, with inspiration from folk songs and jazz.

Line-up: Isabelle Kongshaug – vocals, Nikolai Storevik – fiddle, Jakob Folke Ossum – guitar, Vidar Starheimsæter – bass, Olav Abildgaard – drums
