Espen Berg trio, with their two releases « Mønster» and « Bølge», have made a strong impression on the Jazz scene both at home and beyond borders.
Composed by Berg, the music is modern, extroverted and available with plenty of references to the melodic American tradition but with distinct elements of Nordic sounds. The Trio performs songs that beautifully combine the complex, the melodic and the evocative in Berg´s music.
In the spring of 2019, the trio will be touring in Norway, Germany, Greece, China and Japan including their first concert in Stavanger.
