David Murray trio feat. Flaten & Nilssen-Love

When David Murray, on one of his countless tours, dropped in to Stavanger in the 70’s, a young Paal Nilssen-Love sat in the audience knowing a jazz musician was what he wanted to become. Now, –more than 40 years later, they are both back in town being part of the same combo: Norway’s heaviest rhythms and one of the greatest names in jazz – an event to look forward to this autumn. We have no hesitation in summoning the jazz enthusiasts to the most energetic and exciting jazz meeting this city has seen in a long time!
