Like Stavanger Jazzforum, Gjertrud’s gypsy orchestra also celebrate their 30th anniversary in 2019.
During these years, GSO has released 7 CDs, toured in Norway, and have had numerous trips to Budapest where they played with foremost gypsy musicians. Hungarian television have even made a documentary film about the orchestra, showing which GSO has in «the homeland of the gypsy music».
